1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TEA Digital Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Empire Architecture OS ("Platform" or "Service"), hosted at construct21.com.

By checking the pre-checkout confirmation box, initiating purchase, or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our incorporated Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to access or purchase Empire Architecture OS. Use by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Description & Service Scope

Empire Architecture OS is a digital business build environment incorporating software tools, interactive frameworks, market discovery software (Crisis Hunter), product architecture modules (Antidote Architect), sales messaging systems (Conversion Story), and traffic engine logic (Traffic Engine).

Demonstration mode or application-approved trial access provides limited inspection rights for a designated duration. Full operational access requires paid activation.

4. Pricing, Activation & Recurring Billing Authorization

A. Initial Activation Fee

Activation of Empire Architecture OS requires a one-time payment of $297 USD. This payment covers your initial software activation fee and includes your first 30 days (1 month) of platform service.

B. Monthly Subscription & Recurring Charge Authorization

Beginning exactly 30 days after your initial activation purchase, your subscription will automatically renew at $97 USD per month. By completing checkout, you expressly authorize TEA Digital Technologies LLC and Stripe to charge your stored payment method $297 today and $97 per month starting 30 days after activation until canceled.

C. Cancellation & Access Retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation halts all future $97 monthly billing charges. Upon cancellation, your access to Empire Architecture OS remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.

D. Refund Terms Incorporation

All refunds are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. The $297 activation fee and monthly $97 recurring charges are non-refundable once access is provisioned or billed, except under specific statutory or billing error exceptions set forth in the Refund Policy.

5. No Earnings, Income, or Business Success Guarantees

IMPORTANT NOTICE: TEA DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC MAKES NO GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING MARKET VALIDATION, TRAFFIC VOLUME, CUSTOMER ACQUISITION, SALES, REVENUE, PROFIT, OR BUSINESS SUCCESS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS EXECUTION, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, FINANCIAL DECISIONS, AND TAX OBLIGATIONS.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all business content, customer leads, custom copy, and project inputs you enter into the Platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: TEA Digital Technologies LLC owns all proprietary rights, trademarks, software code, UI designs, and underlying methodologies of Empire Architecture OS.

7. Acceptable Use & Account Responsibilities

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, license, redistribute, scrape, or deploy malicious scripts against the Platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEA DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
